To teach and learn English effectively, it had better combine different skills in process. If we learn writing, we have to read or listen guidelines, we also discuss to know clearly what we are going to write that means we use main skills and sub-skills to learn better. Whenever we teach anything, we often speak to attract learners in the lesson so they can listen to you, learners have to read and write what they get in the lesson to practice that the teachers do not only teach one skills but also use other skills to help learners achieve their goal in learning process. However, how to combine to teach or learn differrent skills depends on the aims of the lesson, the learners, the course, and teaching or learning conditions. A flexible teacher or learner is the person who is very creative in learning and teaching and he / she need maintain what he / she applies for a long time. The more we try, the more diffficulties we have to face but the better we will be.
