Dear Jeff Lebow, EFL 537 teacher,

Normally, when I log in slideshare.net to download ppts for my teaching, i often click the right mouse, then select and click download with IDM. To do so,  everything is ok and i got a ppt file. But some days ago, i made a mistake to directly click the left mouse and download. when the downloaded file, it is not ppt file any more, it's exit reader file with pdf. when i click to tool bar, the top right corner of my computer to adjust myself, and suddenly it connected to firefox. Finally, i gave up this presentation and continue to download the others but i do not understand why all my downloaded files are all htm file with firefox symbol not ppt file since then. the result is that i got a htm file like this in my downloaded documents but i can not use them like ppt file before. when i click this file, it once connect to firefox. I am really confused and worried because i need these presentation in my job a lot.

could you help me to explain why it happened and the solutions. Frankly i need to downloand from slideshare a lot.
