problem with video maker

Saving Video (Video Edit Magic)

Glad to see you experimenting with new tools TaDuc.  I believe to save the video file, you click File/Make Movie, and then select Output Format as shown below

I did it successfully. But I do not compress it in small size like Window Movies Maker.With the same 70 MB video clip, I can compress in 10 or 20 MB in Window Movies Maker but in this program I can not. I did the created video file : click right mouse and choose compress with Powerachive 2010 but it is too large. It is difficult to attach in a website.

I can see a few options that affect file size when saving video files with Video Edit Magic, but it not entirely customizable. What kind of file are you exporting the video as - wmv, avi, mpg?

I try to do with .wmv and .avi but the size in the same video clip with Window Movies Maker is from 10 to 75 MB I can choose but in Video Edit Magic is about 61MB with .wmv and over 200MB with .avi.

You can select some options (show below) that will affect the size of the file, but settings are not as customizable as Windows Movie Maker.
