blogging my question

I am trying to convince myself that I know what I am doing. I have now posted my question on our blog. Here is my question: I have created a tag for myself (I think), however, it isn't appearing on my blogs. What steps have I missed?

Where's the tag?

Hi Cynthia,
   You can keep convincing yourself - looks like you're on the right track. If you're tag is 'c.ell', then I see it about the body of your post.

 

If I click on that tag I will see all the content that you have tagged that way. If all goes well, in a little while, it should show up on a technorati search  http://technorati.com/search/c.ell
